Medication supplied by a pharmacy incurs a separate charge.

Where clinically appropriate, we can prepare a referral that clearly explains your symptoms, relevant medical history and the reason specialist advice is required. We can also help you make sense of recommendations and remain involved in your care afterwards, giving you valuable continuity throughout your healthcare journey.

Private Medical Capacity Assessment, Certificate Provision for Lasting Power of Attorney applications and Will Testamentary. 

We provide sensitive, independent capacity assessments for individuals preparing or updating a will, helping to establish whether they understand the nature and effect of the document.

Where clinically and legally appropriate, we can prepare a clear written medical opinion or provide supporting certification, working alongside the individual’s solicitor when required.

We can also undertake decision-specific mental capacity assessments and assist with certificate provision for Lasting Powers of Attorney, always treating each person with dignity and assessing capacity at the relevant time.
